Supporting Our Legacy

Assiniboia Residential School Legacy Group Fund

Generous contributions from the community and the levels of government made it possible to design and construct the Assiniboia Residential School Commemorative Monument & Gathering Place. Contributions to this Fund will now go towards the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of this special space. Contributions to this Fund will also go towards class reunions and September 30th events, archival work, a bi-annual student newsletter, updates to the Group’s website, a documentary film, a book project, and other educational and outreach work.
